I have purchased prestige hybrId combi cook top from Agrawal & Co. Sangli on 18.08.2014. Sl No. 4D042976. As it is having manufacturing defect the following problems are repeated. I gave them online complaint. Their technical person came 6 times. But he could not give permanent solution to following problems. 1.Gas leakage 2.Yellow flame 3.Blackening of brass burner 4.Rusting of pan support 5.Frequent change in flame size We need replacement of the unit with new one which is under warranty.

    Hi, I brought a Gas stove in Prestage smart kitchen Athreyaa's, Trichy road, Coimbatore on 7/06/2014. But with in 3 months it starts giving a trouble and started servicing by them. The technician ( The person who came for service is not a technician, they are a normal gas stove cleaning person) came more than 3 times and cleaned the stove and tried to rectify, but still they are not able to find the solution. Now they are not even responding to my call and I asked them to replace my gas stove, no response till date. Now stove is sleeping in my home.

    Still the issue is not resolved and no one reached us. One of the worst product I used in my life is Prestige. I will never remand to any one.

      I gave a complaint regarding my gas stove to Prestige on 9-September-2014 and my Complaint No : ERAN595775.Its been 3 Months and there is no response from Prestige and every time i call the costumer care they put me on hold and just cut the call. I am not getting the spares outside.I regret buying a Prestige product now.Now when i am calling them they are trying to change the complaint number and again the are taking as a new complaint.

        Hello, I had placed an order at prestigesmartkitchen.com, on June 6th 2014 for Kadhai, Tawa and a Pan. None of the order was delivered for long time. My parents went to Prestige Indranagar, Lucknow to follow up and they could collect Tawa and Pan. The shop owner said we don't have Kadhai in the stock. It's been more than 4 months and still the order is not delivered. I opted for home delivery option. Prestige is such a reputed company for kitchen appliances and this kind of ignorance is not at all accepted. I am continuously following up from my end, but have not received any reply from Prestige customer care. I have made the full payment on 6th of June 2014, while placing the order. They are not responding to my calls or emails. It would be great if you could help me in resolving this issue.           We purchased a 4 burner set from prestige counter at Pune furniture & home exhibition (utsav 2014). When we started using the burner, we found that the burner utensil stands were not even which caused utensils to shake. We complained of the same and after a lot of follow ups a customer service guy turned up (roughly after 2-3 weeks of reporting the issue). He tried to mold the stands into position but failed and conceded that a replacement would be needed. As this was under warranty we asked for a replacement. We reached Mr. Vaibhav who promised us replacement in 2 week's time. After following up, this was extended by another week. After multiple follow ups, finally after 1 month a customer care representative Mr. Shankar turned up. Despite us being told that he would reach some time during the day, he turned up well after 7pm. Again the stands were not straight. He tried to straighten them and as we were fed up, we accepted the stands as they were better than the previous ones, though not perfect. We showed him the warranty & bill receipt, but he insisted on a Xerox.We asked him to either take a pic or note down the bill & product details.He insisted on a Xerox. As it was around 8 Pm & there was no Xerox center at walking distance, I refused to get the Xerox done & asked him to take a pic or note the details or get the Xerox done himself. Also I gave him an option to collect the Xerox the next day or whenever he visited this side. He was adamant for a Xerox. After some arguments he asked us to give the documents to him and he volunteered get the Xerox done & return the documents. Later on, upon being called he (Shankar) told us that he will not return the documents & asked us to collect the same from service center. I called up Vaibhav and reported the issue to him. He promised to send the document the next day but it has been 40 days and he has not sent the same. He called up 2 times in this duration to confirm if we are at home and if he can deliver the documents. I have since stopped following up as no one showed up either of the times. This is the worst service I have encountered. I would dissuade everyone from buying prestige products, despite any amount of 'biwi se pyaar'. Adding nos. of the 2 prestige representatives as I do not know their surnames. If you happen to buy prestige avoid taking service from these, especially Shankar.             I had purchased an induction oven from the Prestige Smart Kitchen outlet in Baghbazar (Kolkata) last January.Two months ago I started having some issues with the oven and I deposited the oven with the same outlet it was purchased from. At the time of receiving the faulty oven I was given a date on which they would return my oven, it was 2 weeks from the day they received the item. It's been over one month now and they still have not returned it. The sales/service executives are putting the blame on the people who work at the service center. I don't know what it is, maybe the lack of communication between the franchises and the service centers or just poor work ethic but it is very annoying, inconvenient and harassing for the consumers.

              Sir Am Arun From PondicherryI purchased a Ceramic Fry Pan 280mm with Lid In pothys pondicherry on 21/06/2014Invoice No: M-14-INV-6522 Within few days i noticed all foods sticks on it so i returned it to the prestige Service Center (Sree Akshayaa Enterprises) Pondicherry, (Job Sheet No:9668, Date: 16/07/2014) after 15 days They replaced with the damaged one, but i didn't accept it, so they accepted that they will replace with a new pan in a weak... But still Now They are not replaying with correct details, always they are telling (we will call once we got your product) So plz take Immediate Action and return my product as new as soon as possible Thank you...

                    We booked a chimney and stove worth INR 20,000 from the Prestige Smart Kitchen store in Baroda and made an advance payment of INR 10,500.
                    We were told we would receive a gift coupon of 1200 INR which we could use against purchase of Prestige Smart Kitchen products. The disgusting story begins here -

                    Chapter #1: We get a gift card for 400 instead of the 1200 promised. We assume the rest of the amount will be sent using another gift card and don't raise any issues. The card expires on 30th September and the India Post speed post stamp shows that it was posted on 21st September from Bangalore. Shows how much they take the consumer for granted - its the consumer who wants the freebies anyways, so lets put the onus on them to make sure they encash the card is less than a week.

                    Chapter #2: Baroda smart kitchen shop guy is EXTREMELY RUDE to us. The tiny store doesn't stock most of the products advertised in the brochure we received along with the gift card. The guy doesn't know when the stock arrives nor does he bother finding out. All our queries are met with 2-3 word curt responses - "I don't know", "no clue", "we don't have it".
                    We show him the gift card and tell him we plan to make a purchase and use the card on that purchase. He agrees. He doesn't respond when we ask for a particular tawa model we need. Instead, he calls us back after two hours (the store to our place is a long drive that cost us 100 bucks each time) and tells us it will be available 'soon'. We ask him to place a booking in our name and tell him that we will be using the gift card and would like the booking date to be the purchase date. He AGREES and tells us he has MADE THE ENTRY in his register. This was around 24th-26th September.

                    Chapter #3: 30th September, the expiry date of the card is on a Sunday. We lost the last 4-5 days as my wife encountered dengue. Note that the booking has been made a few days back and it has been spoken for that the card will be used. My wife calls up the store 1st October 1 pm (less than half a day after the deadline) to confirm that we would pick up the tawa and surrender the gift card. The guy agrees again. When I drive there in the evening, I am told they can no longer accept it, because apparently his boss was present and his boss didn't agree. On the contrary, he blatantly tells me I need to buy at MRP (with whatever discount they have) if I want the tawa that I had booked a few days back. The guy humiliates me and forces me to return back empty-handed.

                    Lets put things in perspective here - we were barely half a day late in submitting the card and we had already made it known that we would be using the gift card and an entry was made in their register a few days back. The card's value is 400 bucks. The actual loss to the store was more like 200-250 bucks because there was a 15 or 20% discount offer if I bought on MRP anyways. SO HERES THE MESSAGE - PRESTIGE SMART KITCHEN STORES WILL NOT LOSE 200 INR TO KEEP THEIR WORD TO A CUSTOMER, ESPECIALLY THIS PARTICULAR CUSTOMER WHO HAS ALREADY BOUGHT 20000 WORTH OF STUFF FROM THEM.
                    The experience has been so disgusting and appalling that never again will I ever consider a Prestige product. On the contrary, I am considering shifting my chimney+stove booking for my new home TO A DIFFERENT BRAND THAT DOESNT TREAT ITS CUSTOMERS LIKE , despite having paid 10,500 INR in advance to this horrible company.

                    Proof: Please contact me if someone reading this requires proof. I can share the gift card number, the envelope showing the date of posting (21st September 2012) and the proof of purchase of my chimney+stove (Rs.20,000).

                      I purchased a GT-03L Stove (sl no:39686) from M/s Steel House Pollachi on
                      [protected] vide their cash memo no 003410.

                      Right from beginning, there has been gas leakge in the stove with
                      obnoxious smell in the kitchen and wastage of gas.
                      When I contacted Steel House, I was asked to call LG Service Station
                      Pollachi who are the authorised service agency.
                      The service technician visited my place two or three times and applied
                      some grease to the spindle on one of the knobs, assuring thet the leakage
                      would stop.

                      Unfortunately, the problem persisted and it was so serious that the gas
                      used to burn in side the mixing tube even when the knob was turned off.

                      I escalated the issue to the higherups in Steel House and LG Service
                      Agency and the technician took away the stove to his service outlet on
                      9-8-2012 and returned it sameday ,assuring that he has replaced the
                      spindle of the defective knob and the problem was solved.

                      To my dismay, the gas has started leaking profusely from the same knob with a lot of
                      bad smell and safety hazard in the kichen.Again the stove has been submitted
                      to the service outlet on 4-9-2012 and
                      the efficacy of the service done is yet to be known.

                      The mails sent to [protected]@prestigesmartkitchen.com and [protected]@ttkprestige.com have not evoked any response.

                      We are an elderly working couple and we are put to a lot of unnecessary hardships.
                      This experience has made me to doubt seriously, Prestige Product quality and service standards.

                        Hello Prestige,

                        Recently I did some online shopping from prestige as given in below details. I am surprised when I saw the final prestige invoice received and the Octroi receipt given by DTDC.

                        The package was delivered at my home when I was not at home and collected by ladies at home.

                        Below are the errors in the transaction

                        The invoice number for the items delivered are 004532 and 004533 and total value of invoice is 7645 (see attachment 'prestigeinvoice1' and 'prestigeinvoice2') whereas the octroi charged to me is on a amount of 10645 (see attachment 'octroireceipt').
                        In simple words, I have been charged with additonal octroi on amount of 3000 i.e. INR 120.

                        I demand the refund of this additonal octroi immediately from prestige as the responsibility of delivering the goods at my house is with prestige.

                          Our induction stove and mixie purchased on the opening day of the shop (
                          Jan 2011?) are sent for repair three months back.
                          We are constantly following it up. No repairs yet. They tell new reasons
                          every time, like the following

                          Mechanic has not come.
                          You have not given warranty card (We have given it in bith cases long back)
                          It was repaired by the mechanic but not working on the day of delivery.
                          You have tampered.
                          There is water leakage for which we are not responsible.

                          These reasons repeat for the same item.

                          Would you please help us and get your company product repaired ?

                            Dear sir,

                            I purchased Prestige cooker (Deluxe Plus) from Prestige Show room at Coimabtore , (Ramanathapuram Branch) on 09/09/2010.

                            Within a year , Induction bottom was damaged ( peal off from the base). We complained the same to the showroom on 28/09/2011 with complaint no. 119.

                            But till now I have not received any feedback from them. When I asked them, their reply is that " They are not responsible for this action only people at Bangalore branch has to reply" and they are shouting like anything.

                            Their service and behaviour to customer is very worst and till now no reply from their end.

                            Kinldy do the needful.

                              I have purchased a Deep fry pan of Prestige make on 20.07.2011. With in 18 days of normal usage, exterior painting of pan got peeled off due to poor quality of Painting. I have informed the same to the store keeper from which i have purchased which is exclusive prestige Smark Kitchen showroom and i returned the good to the store keeper(08.08.2011). The respone of the store keeper told me orally that it would be replaced as it was happend in less than a month. But after 3 days, store keeper informed me that it cannot be replaced due to company policy. The response of the store keeper was too worst saying that, it is not his responisbility for dealing with the compay and the consumer has to contact directly the prestige company. Till now no body from the prestige compay nor store keeper from whome i have purchased. " I FELT VERY BAD ON THE RESPONSE OF THE PRESTIGE COMPANY AND THE STORE KEEPER WHICH MADE ME NOT TO PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND TO PURCHASE THE PRESTIGE GOODS AT ANY COST".

                              I G.Syamprasad.i am Government Employee I have parched the Prestige wet Grinder Model PWG.03 batch No.GKA 00970 Rs:4950-00 in MANJUSREE ENTERPRISES. at Kondapur. X Road, Besides sarath A/C Function Hall, Kondapur Hyderabad-500084, Phone No’s.[protected], [protected]. on 14.01.2012 Bill No:763 but the functioning of the Grinder is very poor and giving every tubules with in one day from the date of purchasing.
                              Hence the same was noticed to the this shop Owner on 16.01.2012 about this functioning but the shop Owner has not responded properly and neglected the issue. In this connection iam expected the good vell of prestige company is damaged by the such type of issues occurred by the shope Owners so now iam requested that necessary action please be taken at earlier under intimation to me through my phone no [protected]. Till as on 25.01.2012 then not completed repair.

                                I had purchased the Prestige Induction Cooker from Vishesh Associates ( D No: 6-86, Opp Gulmohar Park, Seri Lingampally, Hyderabad -500019. Ph:[protected] on 06/03/2011.

                                The dealer was all sugar and spice while making the sale. But within 3 months, the appliance developed a problem. On switching it on, it blew the fuse of the entire house.

                                We approached the dealer who said that it could not be repaired on the same day and they would get it repaired by a special serviceman who comes every Wednesday. The dealer promised to give us a call on Wednesday.

                                However we did not recieve any call till Saturday. When contacted, the dealer was evasive and asked us to come back after 2-3 days.

                                Was expecting better service from a brand like Prestige but now I have resolved never to buy another product from the brand.

                                Still awaiting any word from the dealer.

                                  Sir,

                                  I had purchased Prestige OTG (Model POTG-10PC) from Balaji Kitchens, Ramnagar, Visakhapatnam-530003, less than 2 year ago. The warranty period for the product was 1 year.

                                  The OTG stopped working sometime in September 2010 and was taken to Balaji Kitchens on 29 Sept’10 (Compliant / Job No. 389- copy attached). Since then, I have visited their showroom at least 6 times and enquired over phone about 4 times regarding the repairs & to collect my OTG. Every time some excuse or the other is being given and I have still not received my OTG back from them. It appears from their talk that they do not want to get my OTG repaired, instead they have been luring me to buy a new product in exchange offer. Basically they want to sell another piece.

                                  Customers go get carried away with the advertisements. But I thought Prestige is a reputed company and their products are good. In view of hardships that I have gone through recently, I may have to change my views and advise my friends too. I own one more OTG of practically unknown brand, which has been used by me extensively for the last 28 years and is still working without any problem. Whereas Prestige OTG has stopped working after the Guarantee period is over and we are not able to get it repaired.

                                  They need to look into the quality control of your products.

                                  Very poor after sales service and unethical behaviour of their vendor/ Franchisee also needs to be looked into.
