Airtel Balance getting deducted in the name of prime zone !!! First deduction on Aug 22nd, But as I don’t usually read the messages in the inbox I ignored!! Second deduction of rs 20 rs for using some Bhaki sagar service on 4th Sep Midnight (while was asleep) and I dunt even know what that means !! Even though I noticed i was too busy so cudnt call the customer care !! Again today early morning 20rs got deducted for prime zone !!! Finally cald customer care and executive Asifa simply says she doesn’t know what it is and asking me to check in google!!! When i said if she doesn’t know then she shud transfer her call to her supervisor, again bluntly says he isn’t available!!! I askd her to raise a complaint she now says that she wont raise it as there is no complaint and i have used some services !!! Pathetic customer experience!!! Finally after much debate transfered to one guy Venkata Ramana, and he says I played some game and in some levels it will be chargeable directly by Airtel !!! I don’t even have any app for playing game in my Phone and these guy repeatedly tell the same thing again and afain !!! Finally he gave 20rs back !!! I thought only the network is bad but everything abt Airtel is disgusting!!! Simply looting the public in the same od service Was this information helpful? | |||||
