I ordered a personalized mobile case from printland.in on 30th apr'17. As per last update, the item has moved into production on 2nd may 2017. After that no update has been receivedfor the same. I also contacted the customer care on 6th may 2017 and got to know that the order will be shipped by 08th may and will be delivered by 10th may 2017. Today is 10th may and i am still seeing the item has been moved to production on 02nd may.

Where is my order? It has been more than a month now. Awaiting reply. Order Number[protected]; Nuisance is your service. No sense of reponsibility.

I have tried to connect on call + on facebook. First they apologized by saying that they were not aware of the payment confirmation. Later, the order is in processing stage for a month?
