[Resolved] Printvenue — No response on my Order No.[protected]. | |||
I have booked a customised wall clock on Dec-31-2014 and paid the amount through credit card. As per the confirmation mail I received, expected date of delivery is 8th-Jan-2015. Still I haven't receive any update on my Order No.[protected]. I tried to reach customer support lot of times, it will never get connect with any options they provided in IVR and they automatically disconnect the call after waiting for few minutes. Even I have tried to reach the contact them through mail, but no response for any mails. Submitted feedback and bulk enquiry request still no response at all.
