Printvenue — Premium business cards - refund

I've ordered premium business cards on 3rd june 2016 and was confirmed that by printvenue on the same day. i was paid this through the paytm wallet.

After that, one representative called me behalf of the order after 7 days and told me to change the logo on the business card as it was having lower resolution. and i was told the representative to hold that order till 24th june 2016 as i was on tour to remote location.

But, the printvenue team cancelled that order on 23rd june 2016 and told me that they cannot hold the order till many days. and on the same day the refund process initiated.

After i was contacted printvenue so many times behalf of refund. whenever i contacted the printvenue, the representative told me to wait 24-48 business hours to refund.

Finally, i was contacted printvenue to demand an explanation regard the refund process and i demanded the wirtten mail on 9th july 2016 and the representative accepted to send the mail regarding this issue.

And, today also i was contacted and printvenue to ask about the refund. they don't want answer my questions and they told me to wait 2-3 days to refund.

My questions are:

1. if you cannot hold the customer order upto 20 days, then how can you hold the payment till today i. e., 17 days?
2. if you are processed the refund and why it is not refunded? (i was contacted paytm also)
3. why can't you guys write a mail to customers regarding the order status / refund status / complaint status? (i asked twice)
4. one representative told that you are serving 1000s of customers. then why can't you serve one customer properly?
