Priority International — i had paid rs.75000 in 2015-rs.25000 by cash and rs.50000 by my credit card-but i am unable to get money back or tour benefits

I had booked for 5 years package from priority internation pune at season mall
Where they called my family for gift voucher.
But ultimately we fooled by them and we booked tour package for 5 years
At rs.100000 so initially i paid rs.50000 by credit card of hdfc and later on rs.25000 by cash to them.
But in last month when i visited the office at aundh there is no trace of them
I want refund of my money
I request to help me in this matter.
