Priority International — Money collected on nme of travel package , never gave any service

Me and my husband have been called at venue, in year 2015, at Andheri West Mumbai/ where they have put up their agents who sweeetly explained the travel package that we will get across India and abroad by paying 1 lakh and also free holiday to near by tourist destination near Mumbai.
It sounded so rosey and lovely, and we got trapped actually. We pid 1 lkah rs and purchased their membership.

We planned two trips, one to Ooty in Feb 2026 and another in same year in monsoon at Mahabaleshwar. Hotel tehy booked was decent and good. However, from 2016 end onwards, we never got any response from thier customer care nor agent named Badshah who was chief manager at Andheri venue.

We understood the company seems to fraud even after multiple follow up. How can be get our money back now? Can someone help pls?
