Priority International — No service and no refunds! | |||||
I've been victim of this fraud by Priority International. We became member after attending a session at their Andheri (W), Mumbai office. They explained about the benefits including the package of 'Palace on wheels' royal train for which I was very much interested. I discussed everything about this package with them and then only I decided to become a member. They also promised Health Club membership of Power House / Talwarkar Gym. I paid Rs. 90, 000 to become a member for 5 years. Soon after that, I put a request to book 'Palace on wheels' package and also requested Health Club membership as there was no communication from their side except sending a member card. Since then, I called up several times and also sent so many emails, but there's no revert from them. Several time, they told me that they've already dispatched health club vouchers, but they are not ready to share the AWB numbers! They all are cheaters and liars. After that I visited their Andheri office twice, they again promised but didn't deliver anything yet. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund the amount as they are not providing any service to me. But, they denied. I took membership on 5-Jul-2015. It's more than 7 months now, there is no service from them. My membership number is PIMU978. I request you to please help me in getting my money back. Thanks in advance. They are fraud company. There is a pune consumer court order dated 12/1/2016 against priority international.
Give detailed complaint at Amboli police station asap and then file consumer case at Bandra East.

I have called ICICI bank credit card section & they told me that they can do investigation & if they found something wrong, they will give full refund.
I have purchased membership before 2 month & paid 35, 000. Even today credit card section is taking my complain. I suggest all of you, if you have taken membership via credit card, raise dispute with your bank, they will investigate on their own.
Now, after the Mumbai police has raid on one office, its easy for us to prove that they are cheaters
