I have take membership dated 26.01.18 but next day i was cancelled my membership. Mr prashant gurav was commited that the money will return within 60 days but now after 60 days when i reach at venue pimpale saudagar office. The office ran aways from there location. And mr prashant gurav not take call. This is a fraud company. Plz refund my cancellation amount....

I took membership of pristiza services tour packages offered by them by filling 15, 000 rupees. But now when i wanted to contact them their landline number is not picked up as well the executives has left the company and they take no responsibility for our hard earned money. Pls let know procedure for cancelling membership & getting money back. Tried to visit their office but it was closed......

To keep it short, this is a fraud company. Given many commitments but not fulfilled even a single. Playing with other people's money. I requested for refund but getting difference commitments every time.

I have taken the membership in july 2017. Amount paid is around 1 lakh. But they didn't provide us the trip and giving some excuses. I told them to return the amount and they agreed, but now they are not giving money back and even didn't pick up the phone. They even told us that we will get movie ticket each month and there will be some discount on hotels bills.
Now even office is also closed. Need my money back....

I had a very bad experience with pristiza services as the staff and company seems to be a fraud
I took membership on nov 2017 and still date, they have promised to give domestic hotels stay and sight seeing every year 7days and 8 nights.
Also promised me gym membership for 2 people.

Now, they are not picking up calls and office is also closed

Till date no single commitment...

I had a very bad experience with pristiza services as the staff and company seems to be a fraud and once the membership is taken they don’t entertain you and even don’t respond to calls. I’ve lost 15000 having membership with this firm.

Till date no membership document received not even member id card. They have committed lots of benefits...

We have invested 50k in given company. One domestic trip free from company. We have purchased package on 15th august. They have promised to give domestic hotels stay and sight seeing every year 7days and 8 nights. They also ensure for renting out trios for[protected]₹.*none of the promise is kept. They just keep playing on email no other action is done. They ensured coupons up to 5000₹. But this was a fake call.

They have called me on my cellphone and said that you have won a trip and other gifts. They told that you are the 10 lucky winner and then they called us to attend the 90 minute session before collecting gift and in that session they told us regarding travel offers and schemes in which user needs to deposit around 1 lack rs. And then user can go for 35 days of holidays for free accommodation in 4-5 star hotels. I have also deposited rs.40000...

Till date no membership document received not even member id card. They have committed lots of benefits while membership like summer camps, movie tickets (Every month), first 6 month d-mart or big bazaar voucher worth rs 1000 etc.

I decided to quit from their membership as it was becoming a headache for me to follow up with these people....
