Private Bus — regarding student private bus pass

Respected sir,
I am a student of government iti chilwaniya basti and i have a haryana roadways student bus pass. According high court decision the private bus allow the student bus pass but they don't allow this and behave like an animal which is against social values. So please kindly pay attention to this and the all private bus
