Dear Sir,I have purchased your product on 29th May. After three days, I called the your representative for water problem, that person changed Germkill. Within 30 days, Germkill became red. I was not getting your toll free number. I got your number on 16th July and lodged the complaint but till date no service has been provided by you. We have logged complaint with Hindustan Unilver three 6 days back to get the battery replacement for their Pureit water purifier product. There is no response as of now. We have been calling their tollfree number, customer care number from Bangalore, We have been following with their Contact Number [protected] for the past 6 days. He is also not taking any initiative. meetings. This is happening for the past one week. HENCE PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.
