[Resolved] Indane Gas Agency / Koodathai — Not getting the refill cylinder | |||
Gas refilling booked through indane online gas refilling system.Received message for booking 297443 cash memo 15765 generated before one month but didn't get refilled cylinder till 30/05/2013.Within this period I contacted with the agency five times by phone and on 28/05/2013 I directly contacted with the agency to get the cylinder but it was in wain have two cylinders and both of them where empty and I have no other way to get the refill cylinder so I humbly request you to get the cylinder at the right time according to the booking order. I am a Indane LPG holder of No.- SN 16212 aged 75 yrs old asthama patient have booked my gas on 01/12/08 after 30 days
( total 59 days). Since long ( after 59 days) Ido not deliver gas.
I am redressing against Indane Gas Service ( Code[protected], Shastrinagar, Jaipur-16 that :-
* 01) This agency using illegal method to supply gas ( without issuing gas slip, without booking serial number)
* 02) Supplier are not using dress code, in back of this they
are blacking gas cylinder ( totaly appling Non-Safety rules).
* 03) Behaviour of staff & suppliar is very rude & back supported.
Kindly take necessary action and force to above agency to do smooth Gas supply to all consumers.

Indane Gas — not getting the gas
sir,i like to inform you that the booking for an LPG cylinder was made by me two months ago, but it is not provided yet.
