Professional Enterprises — fraud case: delivered defective fridge

I purchased a second hand fridge via olx.

Product: samsung fridge.
After having conversation about the price/warranty/how old is the product, i called him because i wanted to see the fridge. He agreed but at the same day he informed that the fridge has been sold but he has other models also.
I agreed and went to see the fridge on 11th march 2018. I went and saw the fridge (It was switched off that time). He confirmed that he has to do some work on the fridge and he will send it next day in working condition.
Fridge was delivered on 13th march 2018. I was asked to switch it on after 3 hours. To be on the safe side i switched it on the next day and left it on fr the whole day - it did not work & there was absolutely zero cooling. I called the seller and asked him to take the fridge back and refund the amount - to which he refused. I paid total 6500/- via online transaction.
I had personally gone to see the product to ensure that repeated servicing is not required. The seller had promised that it will work after he delivers it with some changes and additions. He is not willing to take the fridge back and refund my amount. I had even asked him to deduct 1000/- transportation amount and refund rest. The seller is not even attending my calls now. It is very humiliating, i trusted them and this is the kind of service they provide to the customer. Since they were not willing to give a refund i had asked them to come and repair it. They promise to come everyday, but no one responds. And now, they are not even taking my calls and i feel very helpless seller contact no: [protected] [protected]
