[Resolved]  Projekt Perfumery India — Item Still Not Supplied

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

1. Refer to my Purchase Order No PPI-SXXX[protected]XX dated 06 Dec 20.

2. Undersigned vide PO ibid had placed a pre-paid order for five perfumes on 06 Dec 20.

3. I have received 04/05 perfumes to date and 01/05 (Dunhill Red) is still pending delivery as of 04 Feb 21. Further the status against each item is showing fulfilled over the last two months. However no tracking number has been generated yet.

4. The status of dispatch of subject items was sought on 11 Dec 20 and 04 & 18 and 25 Jan 21 in trailing WhatsApp conversation and Nil response received from your “Customer Care” team. I have patiently waited for almost two months now and still not received delivery of 01/05 item. From my experience if you can’t supply in 30 days means something is really fishy.

5. May I request confirmation on the shipping details of aforementioned 01/05 (Dunhill Red) undelivered items and tentative timelines of delivery please. In case it is still not ready to ship, I would like to cancel the order and expect refund for same.

The company did not respond directly to my complaint thread. But at least started responding on the website enquiry app after the complaint was registered. Before that they blatantly refused to respond to any message. No phone call was made by the company. Further, The phone numbers displayed are all fake. Emails returned as non delivered. Pathetic post sale service.
Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Received a mail on 10 Feb 21 quoting item has been shipped with a bluedart.com tracking no [protected] (image 1 attached). When the tracking number was checked on bluedart.com, it shows item was delivered to address on 18 Jan 21 (image 2 attached) for a tracking number forwarded on 10 Feb 21!!! I have no clue what this means.

Finally. Finally received the final leftover part of my order 01/05 perfume ordered on 06 Dec 20 on 17 Feb 21, ie after 72 days of waiting and repeated reminders with very few response. The form may be impressed upon to adhere to delivery timelines projected on website when a client is placing the order.
