[Resolved] Projekt Perfumery India — non receipt of product delivery | |
I had ordered a perfume 'twin by azzaro for women' under order no #9841 in jul 2019. I had completed the payment online. The product has not been delivered to me till date. I have repeatedly contacted through email messages as well as raised a complaint through chats on their website. However, the chat window agent never responds while online. Once i was online for receiving his message for over an hour, but no response was received. Once you order a product, you receive an email from some mr mohit of perfumery.in the subject email, he mentions to contact him in case of any problems, however, whatever number of emails you send them, you never receive a reply. Even today i tried to chat with their representative but received no response. I had received one email from them stating that the product had been despatched, with a bluedart tracking number. But whenever you try to track that tracking number, you get an error message that no records are found for the subject tracking id. This amounts to online fraud and cybercrime. Request if the same could be resolved. If the vendor is not able to comply with the order, even a return of the amount paid is acceptable. I am attaching relevant screenshots. Also, there is zilch customer support available.

the company got in touch after my complaint and has processed my refund since the item I had ordered was out of stock.
