[Resolved] Projekt Perfumery India — Refund Confirmed but not received | |
Hello, I had placed an order #1-9957X-4269-XZP on perfumologist.in for Rupees 539.10 on April 17th 2021 through PhonePe UPI and on April 18th 2021 I received a confirmation email that the order is packed and I would receive shipping details in next 12 hours. However, I received an email on April 20th 2021 that my amount of 539.10 is refunded and would reflect in my wallet. I still did not receive a refund and the email was confusing because I had not cancelled the order or used any wallet so I am not sure which wallet they talk about in email. I checked the website for refunded amount to no avail. I later reached out to their Customer Service for a status update on May 8th 2021 and a representative confirmed that I would receive the delivery of the product within 10 days but I did not hear back from them since then. I have been trying to contact them via all routes including emails, chats, cs forms & Instagram but they do not respond at all. Hence, reaching out to you to file a complaint. Please help. May 21, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Refund was received as wallet balance in perfumery.co.in and not on the payment method. Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
