Projexcel Enterprise — fraud of form filling online | |
I am a student and searching for online home based jobs. And find this company offering 30, 000 for filling online 1000 forms in 15 days. If i failed to do so they will fine me 4800. For this they also send me a online agreement stating above all this about the work. But when i joined i found their site down, i also complained for the same on call but they didnt rply. And now they are sending me notice that they will file case against me and asking me 25, 000. Now how can i get out of this situation? Please help me i am a student only. Bro, don't be scared. I also got same call yesterday .and also got message from AM-LEGALC . regarding legal proceedings. I have got again call today from Patel from that Projexcel enterprise I have asked him for Company registration number AND TIN NO:?. But his voice suddenly changed and he said he will after half an hour. But he called me in the evening and said company rule and something but I said if you say your company registration number AND TIN is pay you amount. But he is not responding to me. And sending from legal c .it is dammy msg.dont be scared. I have taken Projexcel enterprise bank details and IAM going to submit in the police station tomorrow. Actually I already the office details of Projexcel enterprise in Gujarat. But there is no company in Surat, Gujarat. It is fraud company attracting people and making fools every one. Earning money from us.

i am also one of the victim of this company> they sent me a mail to attend the court on[protected]. I don't know what to do please help me to get out of this mess please
