Hai i am praveen, recently igot a mail from jeny roy, she told me about the work but innocently i agreeing to their conditions. But after the work my qc report has been failed. After that one advocate called me for asking money regarding that conditions, he told me you have to pay the penalty. According to the agreement it is 4800 but he asked me to pay 7000, he told me i[censored] do not pay the amount you have to face legal proceeds, i was scared and paid 7000 again he asked me 5000. He repeatedly calling me, idont know wheather the copany is fraud or real, he told me that he will send me a hard copy for taking legal action even though i was crossed the critirea amount 4800 which is mentioned in the agreement. Please help me guys

Projexcle enterprises surat gujrat is fraud consultancy. They are creating fake agreement and gives us fake mail id they are not even replying. I think that i am also one of the victims of this scam. Since last few days i was getting a calls and messages from an unknown number, got a message from ad-legalc regarding my case id and informed that it's going for legal proceedings. Kindly reply me as soon as possible.

The above mentioned named company has given me online data entry work and after submission of completed reports they have issued qc report which is showing manipulated data, from their end they have made some changes and is clear, they are demanding me to pay money to them otherwise they will take legal action on me.

Projexcel enterprise which is situated in gujrat is a fraud company; they are using the logo of projexcel isolutions which is an it company.
They are taking digital signature of customer's on digital legal documents.
During my 1st project their server got crashed and they told me it'll take around 20 days to repair and i'll get the payment of my work which i've done either it is 10 forms or more than that. Then they gave me the project of 500 forms in which 400 forms should be correct. But the forms which are incorrect ; maximum of them are having same mistake which is extra small (Z) and (S). How is this possible. If more than 100 forms are incorrect then they will charge rs 4800 as penalty.

Miss shreya patil [protected] gave me the project and now since monday her number is out of coverage.

Kindly pay attention to my problem

I am a student and searching for online home based jobs. And find this company offering 30, 000 for filling online 1000 forms in 15 days. If i failed to do so they will fine me 4800. For this they also send me a online agreement stating above all this about the work. But when i joined i found their site down, i also complained for the same on call but they didnt rply. And now they are sending me notice that they will file case against me and asking me 25, 000.
Now how can i get out of this situation? Please help me i am a student only.
