Propelld — Cancellation of loan

I enrolled for business analytics course on march 2022. but now i m married i cant continue this course . i informed this to my institute and propelld team . i shared all my problem, i have told them everthing over the mail. i want to cancel my loan . but they are troubling me by giving reminders again and again . . i m tired if mailling eveyone relevel team & propelld team. they are not understanding my problem. i am tired of requesting them
