I, Yatin Arora have purchased a flat in skylark Ithaca Bangalore project through Proptiger Mr. Naveen from sales team (T5-10005). At the time of purchase we got lots of commitment and have the receipt for the cash back of INR 56000/- on 25/07/2017, which we have not received till now.

I talked to Prop Tiger customer care, naveen and everytime they gives an excuse to defer the payment. Please help..!! Till date no response..

Pathetic service experience via Proptiger.

They committed that they’ll assigned a CRM who will give us timely updates regarding the property, help us time to time for any kinds o[censored]pdate but it never happened at all.

Would recommend all please Do not buy anything from PropTiger as they are very good in making promises at the time booking the property but very poor in execution.

It’s been a month, till now no result, no revert from Proptiger team. After this complaint only once we have received a call but after that nothing we have heard from Proptiger Team.

This is really pathetic response even after, we have complaint on this public platform but they are just showing as in they don’t care at all.

Need a quick support or resolution, how we can take this forward.

    I made 5 bookings through proptiger and after taking basic booking amount, this company is not giving any response to any of my mails and calls (I am having all records of emails) i am mentioning below one of my emails sent to there customer care, gujarat head (Mr ankur) and mr manish jha - pl go through it (This email exercise and there reminder is goingon since june, 2017) -
    One of mails is mentioned below -

    I am writing this mail mentioning the commitments made by your executive mr hiral tummar (Few mails i have allready frwd, as sent by hiral) and unprofessional response from your company.-

    Few details of my booking and commitments made by your executive are -
    Initially mr. Hiral made by booking in pacifica north enclave a 201, at time of booking he said that i have to pay 20% towards booking in 24 installments (Hiral will tell when to give chqs towards these 24 installments) and after bank approval of loan, i dont have to pay any installment till i get possession of flat (Subvention scheme).

    Than hiral approached for booking of j502 but i said that i already had 2 flats (1 occupied and 1 in godrej garden city) and 1 more booking in north pacifica, so i am not interested and there can be a chance that bank dont approve more loan but he said that in such case he will either get amount refunded or get it transferred in a 201 or get the property sold with appreciation before paying any further amount. So i made booking of j502 and putting same reason he take one more booking of kph-01.

    He get in touch with me meanwhile telling that there is appreciation in price from 2900 to 3050 and he will get j502 and kph-01 sold to someone else with appreciation.

    After some time there was one good project in savvy swaraj - savvy studioz, which i liked and shown my interest and asked hiral, if he get j502 and kph-01 sold than i can go with 2 flats in savvy studioz, he told that he is in final stage of talks with few investors and can book 2 flats in savvy and whatever appreciation i will be getting in sale of north pacifica 2 flats will payoff initial 10% of savvy flats. So i made 2 bookings in savvy.

    I was asking hiral about sale status of north pacifica 2 flats and he always said its in process and you dont have to worry as you paid only initial amount and rest 24 installment that you need to pay is having time, as some approvals are pending in north pacifica project.

    Suddenly in march 2017, i get demand notice mail from pacifica with total of all 24 chqs and hefty interest. I get in touch with hiral and he said that his seniors and pacifica people know about your case and he will get interest waived off and will get 2 flats sold out asap. His senior will talk to pacifica people for interest waiver and you will only required to issue 24 chqs towards a201 (He will tell the time). After that again there was no call from his end and i used to call him again and agian for status and his reply was you dont worry, he will update me on date when joint meeting will be done between pacifica, propertytiger and me to provide me payment scdl of 24 chqs and adjustment of amount paid towards j502 and kph01.

    After that he was not picking up phone thani called at landline no of propertytiger and came to know that he left organization, i call at pacifica, had a word with tapan, he provided ankur's no (State head of propertytiger), i called ankur, he assured to look into this matter and asked me to forward all mails from hiral. I frwd all mails but after that there was no revert from ankur also (I sent him reminder mail and also taxed him watsup msgs for status but there was no revert).

    Its one of the most pathetic and unprofessional services that i have ever received in my life and i want refund of my entire money that i have invested in north pacifica.

      I have booked a flat in swaraaj sports living in ahmedabad on 17th july 2017 through prop tiger representative named manish jha. He has claimed that within a one month i will get possession with all the paper work. One month has passed now. Still there is no progress on that. I have called him multiple times in between and he is saying that the b. U. Permission is still pending for the property, so he cant provide us the papers. Till the date he is making false promises that b. U. Permission is supposed to come till 15th, 20th.
      Now he is saying that it is not possible to come in this shorter time period.

      Stop making people fool.

      I had booked flat Flat No: A- 705, Majestique tower east. Booking amount of 1, 00, 000 was paid(chaque no 035429). Due to personal reasons i had to cancel the booking.
      However, there is response from proptiger or majestique on the refund. It has been more than a month now.
      No receipts were provided for the booking amount.

        Hi,
        My name is nithya d. I have booked a flat at casa paradiso, hyderabad through prop tiger and all my payments to builder is completed. And now when i asked for cash back offer, they told us that our booking is cancelled and they won't be able to give us cash back offer. This they didn't inform us till we asked. It is really a bad experience with prop tiger. Would not suggest anyone to believe them.

          Hi all,
          My name is manoj sawant. I have booked a flat through proptiger at vastuviva, bhoomkar chowk, pune. At the time of booking proptiger representetives anoop and narendra did promise that i would get benefit of 25000rs. This benefit i suppose to get after first distbursment. This is almost 6 months and second disbursement is also done. I tried to contact proptiger several times, but they just don't respond. Whenever they respond, give me some false promise.
          My honest advise to everybody is, do not book any property through proptiger. Proptiger is a lyer company.

            I have booked flat at VastuViva through PropTiger. At the time of booking Narendra & Anup from PropTiger promise me benefit of RS25000. Flat registration, agreement & Loan process is already completed. I tried to followup with PropTiger many times but they are not responding at all.

            I think I took wrong decision of purchasing flat through Proptiger. So my suggestion to all is DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PROPTIGER AT ALL.

              I, Abhishek Soni, booked an apartment through PropTiger. Property details as below:

              Builder- Supertech Ltd.
              Booking Date- July 2015,
              Flat: H/312 (3BHK, -1725 Sqft)
              Credit Note: 3724, dated 04/10/2015

              At the time of booking, I was issued in written a credit/discount note of 100/sqft. i.e. INR 1, 72, 500. Till date I have not received a single Repee from them, even though I made 90% payment within 3 months of booking and their condition was only 45% payment to builder. I have called them many time and had mail communications and every time they they always have same answer "we didn’t get amount from builder". If this is the case, I want to see written communication between PropTiger and builder.

              This time any excuse will not work, I am also simultaneously raising a complaint with Indian consumer forum and if needed will file a formal legal case against Proptiger.

                At the time of booking, they (gaurav and rohit) themselves promised to provide discount of amount 20k plus 80k (1 lac) as a credit note but
                Got only 20k and promised that remaing 80k will be giving in next 2-3 months. it has been more than 9 months and yet not got it. whenever i called/messaged him (gaurav), he either donot recieve or
                If recieve (1/100) he will say "dekhata hun bhaiya, karwa dunga" (yea i will arrange) but still waiting.

                Completely false commitment by proptiger. kindly provide me my money and fulfill your commitment.

                  My complaint is about false commitment, i have purchased property thru proptiger my loan was already approved by dhfl with the rate of interest 10.5%, proptiger executive instead me to apply loan thru india bullus i asked him whether india bulls will gone approved my loan or not he told sir i m there for you do not worry so i kept approved loan on hold after that i got call from proptiger executive stating sir we required ca attached it file so i told him my ca is out of station, he asked me the you have submitted ca attached copy in dhfl or not i told him yes, so he asked me get the document from dhfl i explained him if i l get the document from dhfl i need to cancel my loan he told me do not worry sir i m here for u cancel the loan and submit the document in india bulls after submitting documents regular interval i contact executive every time he said your work in process, after one month proptiger informed me your loan is cancelled dew to credit, if this guys are not aware whether loan will get sanctioned or why they are doing fake promises now who is responsible if my loan will not approved by dhfl twice i paid processing fee 3 times due to this delay still i saty in rented house which is 40klost i m attaching my pre sanctioned letter copy from dhfl

                    I purchased an apartment/flat in skylark ithaca property bangalore through proptiger with a discount of rs 50000/-. the condition to get the discount was, that i have to pay 100% of the property cost means total booking amount. almost 9 months back i paid 100% of my property cost but still now they didn't paid the amount.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I purchased a property at Runwal Forest in 2014 through Protiger Realty Pvt Ltd www.proptiger.com. The company had committed a cashback of Rs 75, 000 but they gave only Rs 67, 500 on 27th May 2016. On speaking with the customer care, I was told that they have deducted 10% as TDS.
                      This deduction was never communicated to me and infact I had even received a confirmation mail from Mr Nripendra Pratap Singh | Sr. Area Manager - Mumbai| proptiger.com stating "We congratulate you for booking a property through Proptiger realty. I would like to bring to your notice that we had offered you a Loyalty Bonus of Rs.75, 000 against your booking of...A at Runwal Forest Project, Kanjurmarg."
                      They should have informed this from the very beginning so that the customer could choose whether to go with Proptiger or through some other firm with better discount.
                      PROPTIGER is totally a FRAUD Company and would never recommend them to anyone

                        Almost a year back i purchased an apartment in Skylark Ithaca Bangalore through proptiger with a discount offer of Rs 40000/-. The condition to get the discount was, that I have to pay 45% of the property cost. Almost 6 months back i paid 45% of my property cost, but till date i haven't received the amount of the discount offered to me. I tired to call the local executive person, he is not at all taking the calls. I tried contacting proptiger directly and emailed them, but no positive answer.

                          Manikandan from proptiger has been calling to my Norway number repeatedly even though I have conveyed disinterest in that property. Also I informed I will call proptiger if I am interested and not require for them to call back. But the person is calling every week disturbing my office time. Today I said no, he is behaving rudely. Not sure why proptiger is so dried and running behind customers. If that person troubles me again I will complaint to consumer beaureu.

                            I booked a flat in Amrapali Sapphire (R-504) in 2014. It was a ready to move property as per Proptiger but ever after 3 years I am not able to move as it is not yet ready!!! completely false commitment by Proptiger !!! My 95% payment gone since it was ready to move property as per Proptiger:-(

                            Proptiger also issued a credit note saying they will refund the amount latest immediately once I make 45 % payment to builder. I made all the payment to builder and still waiting for credit note amount from Proptiger.

                            I have been following up since last 3 years for my credit note amount but every time they say that they have not received their commission from builder which is highly unlikely as I paid full amount to builder and builder has no reason not to pay to proptiger as they have already received money from me !.

                            I am really regretting going to proptiger for this deal which has resulted in complete harassment for customer like me. They have misguided me about property status and also not payment my credit note amount.

                              I, Neeraj Joshi booked a property through proptiger. Property details as below: Builder- Amrapali Booking Date- may 2015, Tower/Block- C4-1006 Floor/Type- 19th Floor/3BHK Super Area-1115 Sqft * At the time of booking, they themselves promised to provide services - such as pick up and dropping of cheques to the builder whenever the demand letter comes. but i never got such services except pain from them... Then i thought let it be go, they are giving discount/credit note of 180/sqft. They gave me a credit note, which would be refunded after 45% of payment to builder and it will take maximum 45 days but even after paying 90% and after 6 month (180 days), i didn't get any positive response. whenever i called/emailed them, they always have same answer we didn’t get amount from builder.

                              Every time i am calling you guys replying same thing (when we got whole amount from builder then we are able to release money and it will take only few day).

                              I am not able to understand why i am not getting my money, on day one we paid 90% of money to builder and now it's around a year.

                              If you guy are not able to collect your commission then why i have to suffer?

                              Please provide me my money and fulfill your commitment as you give on the time of booking.
                              finally i got a call from Prop-tiger and they assured me that with in next 3 month they will clear all my due.
                              Even it is too late but if they act according to there commitment then it will be OK for me.

                              Did you get call back from Proptiger? I am following up with for refund against credit note since last 3 Years that too after payment 95% of amount to Builder !!! Everytime the says they have not received payment from builder does not seems true because builder got 95% payment from me.

                              I never got any call from proptiger but yes i got my partial payment against my credit notes.
                              I purchased an apartment/flat in Skylark Ithaca property Bangalore through proptiger with a discount of Rs 50000/-. The condition to get the discount was, that I have to pay 100% of the property cost means total booking amount. Almost 9 months back i paid 100% of my property cost but still now they didn't paid the amount.
                              Completely false commitment by Proptiger. Kindly provide me my money and fulfill your commitment.

                                Prop Tiger advertised Builder Rate of Rs 3900/sqft in Jan 2005 for Mantra Majestique property in Wagholi Pune. Offer of Rs 3L discount to bring rate to Rs 3600 on payment of Rs 20, 000 to Prop tiger. We confired the deal with Prop tiger and worked with Builder for further discount of 50 Rs and payed the booking amounts. The launch rate was supposed to be higher then Rs 3900. During Launch in May the rate was less then Rs 3600 and now it is 3690. This means Prop tiger colluding with the Builder MANISH DWARKADAS MAHESHWARI of Majestique realtors hiked the rates to get Rs 20, 000 into their kitty. I have not seen any other project in Pune where your pre-launch booking is higher or equal to launch rates. In this case Prop Tiger has cheated by offering a discount of Rs 3L. Have raised a ticket about a month ago, but other then the false promise of someone will contact you, there is no action nor any call.                                   i, Amit Kumar booked a property through proptiger. Property details as below: Builder- Supertech Booking Date- 03.09.2013 Order No.- STC Booking[protected] FLAT/ Space- ( R004SR30503/ Flat # 0503 ) Tower/Block- SOCRATES3 Floor/Type- 4th Floor/1BHK Super Area-535 Sqft BSP of FLAT- Rs. 1, 712, 021.00 * At the time of booking, they themselves promised to provide services - such as pick up and dropping of cheques to the builder whenever the demand letter comes. but i never got such services except pain from them... In begining i booked a flat of 477 Sqft, 107/socrates2(which is of my budget), and they told me, it's been booked for you(with giving proof). but after some days i got a call from them that flat 107 had been booked by other, plz choose another flat. then i had no option, there were no availability of flat of 477 sqft. i would have to choose flat of 535 sqft, which took rs 150000 extra of my budget(just because of wrong commitment of proptiger). Then i thought let it be go, they are giving discount/credit note of 200/sqft. They gave me a credit note, which would be refunded after 45% of payment to builder, but even after paying 95% and after 2 years, i didn't get any response. when ever i called/emailed them, they told me after a month you will get discount, but now they are saying that i should have not got discount then, means now indirectly, they are refusing to refund .

                                    Hi All, I had the most terrible experience dealing with Proptiger Banaglore, they are most unethical, unprofessional, irresponsible people. To start with in the month of august 2014 we show 3 flats in blore all of them through Proptiger, we finalized all 3. We gave a PDC cheque as a booking amount to the owners for all three flats. About the experience, for 1st property the owner didnt respond back, we did multiple follow up with Proptiger and also with the owner, Proptiger suggested to doa stop payment of the cheque which we did. 2nd property - everything finalized even bank loan sancationed, proptiger confirms that all documents are upto date and all required documents available and verified by them, when we asked for the documents so that we could submit it to the bank, Khata A certificate was not available to them. No Clue what they mean when they say that all documents have been verified. 3rd Property - We called off the deal with the owner before the date mentioned in the acknowledment letter drafted by Proptiger and signed by both the Parties, the 2nd party instead of returning the cheque deposited it in his Bank, we had to literally Beg Proptiger to have the money refunded, Proptiger says that we didn’t follow the process of signing an agreement letter for the booking amount, Yes we didn’t.. But isnt it proptiger responsibility to lets us know the procedure. We have got a refund of half the amount only and now proptiger is telling us to bear that on our own and they can’t help anything on it. In spite of all these issues, , we still went ahead and finalized another property through Proptiger which we got it registered with NO HELP from them except getting the documents made (they still committed the same mistake of not having the agreement letter of booking amount signed ) which also they goofed up numerous no of time. E.G 1) Name mentioned on the Sales Agreement - Incorrect 2) Amount Mentioned - Incorrect 3) Built up area - Incorrect 4) Floor No - Incorrect When we told them about the same the response we got is " Purchaser has to verify all these, we are not here to look into it"... This is after repeated email exchange to have the details corrected. That is the level of maturity these guys have, no courtesy to even say sorry and accept the mistake they have committed. And now the biggest blunder PROPTIGER made, they informed us about the Registration & Stamp Duty Amount, they said to us that they went to the registrar office and confirmed the amounts, on the day of registration the amount turned out to be sort by 56K, guess what response we got from PROPtiger " We are not aware of the changes in the Stamp Duty and Registration Amount increased by the Govt".. they are good for nothing.. they should ideally be selling vegetables in a Mandi which also they wont do well. Heights of irresponsibility.. All they did for us were to get the documents made which also was incorrect in spite repeatedly informing them to change it. Also to bring to everyone notice, they dupe people by charging them money which is not accountable. Before the registration we were informed by Proptiger that the Registrar office will charge a bribe of 30K each for both the flats. When we went to the registrar office we got it done at 14k for both the flats which is not even half the amount quoted by them for one flat.. is that money going in the consultant pocket?? Please guys, do not ever think o[censored]sing them for any service.. They are the worst property consultant... I'll also be sharing the same to the PROPtiger mgmt this whole details. Request you to not use their service. Regards

                                    I had been contacted by the proptiger team, I have a resale flat, they found my info on magicbricks and contacted me... This is a resale department setup in pune... What a bad experience with the team management, they are not professional at all...

                                    Proptiger should improve their sales and customer service team..

                                      I booked a property through proptiger. At the time of booking, they themselves promised to provide services - such as pick up and dropping of cheques to the builder whenever the demand letter comes. Then, after doing it a couple of times, they started delaying the cheque pick ups..started complaining why they have to do it. Three incidents i must report: 1. Once it was delayed by them to drop the cheque to the builder. I paid about 3500 as late charges. 2. Once, the person in the gurgaon office simply refused to send a runner to pick up the cheque. First he kept delaying. I called him about 20 times and finally he said he can not provide anyone. I called customer support and they told they will arrange and they did and cheque was picked up and dropped just in time. Also, they told me to call them directly from next time. 3. I called the customer services..two weeks in advance. They sent the person to pick up the cheque in a day. The person said he cant come..and would come by two more days. I was ok. He picked up the cheque in three days. After his pickup, in a week, I called him to confirm whether he has dropped the cheque to the builder. He said no he just took it and dropped it in the Gurgaon office. I was shocked because this runner, Name - Sanjay, is the person who takes the cheque and drops it at the builder every time. I told him to drop it. I reminded him and called him after 2 days to confirm -- He assured me that he has dropped it. I was relieved as this was the last day. Next day, i received a call from his senior, Rajan, from gurgaon office. That he had gone for diwali vacation and my cheque was locked in his drawer which he can not find now. So, i need to send the cheque again to them. I told him that Sanjay has already confirmed that the cheque is dropped. He the was rude and said he was just informing me out of goodwill..as it is none of his business and sanjay is just a runner. I asked him...why he didnt send the cheque to the builder and locked in his drawer and went for Diwali vacations. He did not reply and said it is upto you. Do what you have to. I called customer care and told them. They got back to me after some time and spoke to Rajan and somehow the cheque was located and dropped. It was late. Proptiger assured me that builder will not charge late payment. I said i want it in writing from the builder via a mail along with the receipt. They said fine. I did not recieve any such thing. After that i have followed up with them n number of times and they finally said builder will not do it...but we assure you that no late payment charges would be there. I told them to give it on writing via mail or letter. They have not reverted. Ultimately, a most horrible post sales experience. Pratibha

                                        Do not buy anything from PropTiger as they are very good in making promises at the time booking the property but very poor in execution. We bought 5 properties from them and none of the promises were executed till date from 2012 we are in September 2014 now and yet 100% credit notes are yet to receive. Supertech Golf suites they told us next we we will give appreciated money but I am begging them for this and feeling like begger for my own money. Don't get trapped by proptiger,
