Hi, This is with reference to Credit Note Number : 834 agreed & signed to be payed by PropTiger Reality Pvt Ltd The Credit Note was dated 18 July 2012 60% payment is pending from more than 1 year. I talked to Prop Tiger and everytime PropTiger gives an excuse to defer the payment. Please help..!! Pankaj Joshi Ph : [protected]

    May I know when will you make the payment of your credit note of Rs. 90000/-. Give me specific date by which you will make the payment. You have always said that you have not received the payment from the builder. I think there is know point that builder will not release/delay the payment to you after 50% payment received by the builder from me.

    The partial payment 53% was released within a month after posting this complaint and they assured me will release the balance payment soon.

    Thanks for acting quickly.
    So far only partial payment concerned 53/% of total credit note of Rs. 90000/- is resolved.

    credit note no. 834 payment pending from 18 months

    kindly confirm when will u release my credit note amount. My 50% amount is pending. I booked a flat through prop tiger in 2012.. Pankaj

      Kindly confirm when you will release credit note amount . I had book Flat via Prop-tiger in 12/08/2011 in Amrapali Terrace home noida extension, Unit no -F8-608 . i have taken multiple fellow-up on customer care no and sending email multiple time I had paid 60% of Basic cost 2 Month before, in trailing mail you expecting end of March, 14 it process to release, now +3 Month going over, please confirm me exact time frame. i will awaited your response regarding same.       Dear Sir/Madam,
      We have booked a 2bhk flat thru proptiger. Where your sale person Mr. Shirsh give us in writing to give the intensive after 40% payment, We have make payment 2 year ago 40%, And before due time also because Mr. Shirsh Sharma misguide us. (We have all proof ) but we have got only half (55%) intensive, for rest we have called many times to Mr. shirsh sharma (sales), Mr. takural to noida office, But no person is taking us seriously, not willing to make payment.
      Why should we have to go court ? and demand our money with interest.

      Our flat no is RSN0161 in UNITECH Residence, sector117, noida

      I am happy to write now that Mr. Rahil from customer care of Proptiger called me after lodging my complaint and told to us that he will do better to release our balance payment. At least we got our balance payment on 17/7/2014. Mr. rahil is first man of proptiger who pick phone calls and solve our problem.

        I have given token money Rs 50000 to supertech limited for 2 bhk 930 sq feet flat number 1902 in cv5 tower supertech capetown sector 74 noida through proptiger ltd. They have not yet booked my unit as they need 10% of total amount to do so which is Rs 493960.So they took Rs 50000 in cash for which proptiger has provided me email confirmation for payment of Rs 50000 and stamped form with receival of Rs 50000 both from supertech and proptiger.later on I got some negative feedback of builder and construction quality and project delays from many sites and sources.As they are providing me only top floor.So quality is main concern over here.So i thought to cancel this deal as it is not booked yet as i have not paid 10% of total amount which is mandatory requirement from supertech.So on 27 may 2014 (next day) i called kritika (mob no [protected]) in proptiger to cancel my deal and refund my money.But she is denying for refund.I again called Mr kapil (mob:[protected]) he also did the same.         i have received refund of rs 50000 from supertech against my token money for flat no 1902 cv5 tower... I am closing my complaint in lieu of settlement...

        Hi,
        I have submitted application to supertech Limited on 30/5/2014 after having words with Mr bharat bhushan bhatia in supertech who is head for sales in capetown project.He told application will go for approval to supertech finance department.But now when i called Mr Kapil (mob:[protected]) in supertech who was looking my case is again refusing to refund the amount.And proptiger employee ktitika is not picking my phone anymore.I would request both proptiger and supertech to stop further harassment and refund my amount.

        I also want to know why you are asking for time as you have never hesitated to take cash rs 50000 as token money as no booking is confirmed without 10% of total amount . Also Please send me reciept of rs 50000 as you have only provided email confirmation and handwritten note of receival of Rs 50000 on form...

        Mr Smarth i am trying your number from today morning Can you please pick my phone...As you told on 11th june 2014 some one from proptiger consumer cell will accompany me to supertech...I have not received any pointer who i sould cntact when i reach your office in noida...
        Can you please confirm that tomorrow my refund will be done ? As going noida time and again from gurgaon is adding more to harassment...
