[Resolved] Provogue India — I am complaining about provogue says order completed but its not. | |||||
I have placed an order for provogue laptop sling bag. I paid 399 by ICICI net banking. And then on provogue it says pending and the next second it got turn in says completed. Now when i track my order it shows complete. Your Customer care not receiving call. Order Details: Order No:[protected] But until now I don't received any information about the product from you, it has been 2 days but on the tracking status the product is still completed, so I want to Know How many days more I have to wait. I placed an order through icici bank offer code on provogue for a watch. The order no is order#[protected]. I did not receive the order nor did they refund my money, Its more than a month.

With ICICI offer, i ordered a bag on provogue.com website, order no #[protected] on March 28th 2017, the amount was deducted from my account on the same day & i received a message stating that i will receive my order within 28 working days, its been over a month & i still havent received my order, kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.
