I ordered this watch on 13th August 2015 by using coupon code given to me by ICICI Bank as a privileged customer, I got a mail from provogue on 1st September 2015 that my order has been dispatched and I can track my order after 48 hours, since then 7 days have elapsed and I have not received my WATCH yet, when I am trying to track my order its showing "complete" this is simply ridiculous, I also called the courier company "GoJavas" but they are saying they have not received any such parcel with respective docket number. When I tried to contact the Provogue customer care number its coming not reachable, I also mailed them on 7th September but they have not responded to it. This is simply a ridiculous act. I feel ashamed for choosing ICICI bank. I really thinking of closing my account from ICICI since we cannot rely on such a so called reputed bank. I need my money back or send me the watch or else I won't ever go for any such offer from ICICI Bank.
