[Resolved] Provogue India — Items not received | |||
I ordered the watch thru ICICI Bank privileged customers offers and paid Rs.299 online thru net banking. I got the confirmation mail on 3-Sep-2015 stating details of order no.[protected]. Subsequently I got the invoice via email and confirmation that the item is shipped and I can track the shipment by using tracking link. I tried to check the status, which takes me to Provogue web site with no tracking details. I sent e-mail to customercare on 7th and 8th Sep-15 without response. I tried to call customer care nos. printed on the invoice without success. The line is either busy or no answer. I also tried to call Provogue office nos. Once someone picked the call and put me on hold and the line got disconnected. Copies of order confirmation mail and invoice is attached for ready reference.
