[Resolved] Provogue India Ltd — icici previlage offer, benefit not received, no ino about that order | |||
As shown on Icici banks website there was an offer for customers from provogue for watch for free, only shiping charges Rs 299 were to be paid, which were paid during order. I placed order on 2 sept 2014, which should have reached to me within 21 days. but till now, I dont have any info about that order, neither they reply to my large number of emails send to them. We had dispatched your order on 16 Sep, thus the status shows complete. However due to flood situation in Kashmir gojavas was not able to deliver the goods.
We have asked them to reattmept the delivery again. Please expect the goods within a week.
