Provogue India — Online transaction failed

Hi,

I made an online transaction through HDFC bank website on Saturday 9th April 2016 to purchase Provogue watch however there was shipping charge of 299/ debited from my hdfc account customer id: 20983333 but the transaction failed.
I didnt get any transaction id however phone number used for transaction was [protected].
Please check and confirm when will the shipping charge of 299/ be reversed in my account.

I received a call from Technical department and he was asking me for the alternate card number, expiration date and CVV number to reverse the charges applied for the online transaction. This was a fraud call and he was representing Provogue. I am surprised this is the customer service they provide and I will never shop with Provogue again and would recommend the same to everyone.
There has been no response on my complaint so far.
