[Resolved] Provogue India — Order place one month back not received yet | |||
Hi, i have place an order with provogue under icici bank scheme on 31st jule.2015, the order no. Is[protected]. Till date i have not received my ordered watch under the said order no. As per their policy i have also paid them advance rs.299/- with order. As per their login portal it is showing that order has been completer and send of delivery by javas courier under docket no. Mumpvgp518933, i have also check with them, but they were refusing that the said shipment is not with them for delivery. I have also tried to contact them on[protected]/30653160 many times & also send them couple of emails but their is no reply at all. Please advice what to do...To get the ordered watch or how to claim for refund from provogue. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||

Provogue India — Wrong product sent and no customer care response
I have ordered for SKU 103639-BK-022-F on 09/05/2015 (May 9 2015) but I received another one. Order no:[protected] The customer care email and phones are not working. I have ordered this watch through ICICI Bank offer.delivery
