Provogue India — Provogue bag order | |||
Hi, I ordered provogue bag between 10- 14 march 2017 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. Then I checked my mails and there was a mail from citrus pay that the transactions was successful and my Order No #[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and i could not see track it. There is no update about the status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website but could not connect with the representative. Nobody is replying to the call !! Very poor service.!!
