[Resolved]  Provogue India — Received defective watch

Hello Team, I ordered(ORDER NO:[protected] watch from Provogue under ICICI back 299/- Scheme . The watch which is received is a defective one .There is a glass crack on the edge of the watch and dust particle inside the watch . I am trying to call customer care from last 3 days and the call is not getting connected . Sent mail but they are also unanswered and no acknowledgement received.
