I ordered provogue watch on 24 march 2019 and made the payment through icici net banking. I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. So agin i have tried to order got the same result. Then i checked my mails and there was a mails from citrus pay that the both transactions was successful and my order no#[[protected]] and #[[protected]] since then i have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "processing" since last 6 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!!
