[Resolved] Provogue India — While tracking my status it shows invalid awb no MUMPVGP639211 | |||
Sir I have ordered my watch order no[protected] on 11/12/2015 but i am not able to track my status online because my awb no MUMPVGP639211 is showing invalid. I am have already mail you about this at [protected]@provogue.com but till date no reply is there from your side and no one is taking calls also either busy or no one pick call. After that i contact with Gojavas for not tracking my status but they told me to contact your company. Please solve my problem and deliver watch as soon possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

We reviewed your concern and would like to inform you that in such cases where in one is unable to retrieve any information on tracker despite a tracking number provided, it means the order was placed successfully yet it wasn't transferred to the shipping partner(that's us). Until the order is not in our possession it would not reflect anything on the tracker. Request you to please get in touch with the seller regarding the same.
