[Resolved] Provogue — Order not received | |||
Hi, I have ordered a watch on 28th oct order no:[protected], shipment no:[protected], docket no: MUMPVGP262755.. Got to know from JAVAS services that the order is returned to provogue and still the status of order is showing complete on provogue website. Why the watch is returned?? Plz tell me when will it be delivered.Its been 20days now since I placed the order.Plz tell me the status of my order. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered a watch with order id[protected] on 20th March. Account dashboard shows status as complete but I didn't receive my watch yet. Please look into the issue and resolve. Thank you.
I got an offer an offer for provouge watch on internet banking so I made payment on June 4, 2015 6:05:56 PM IST & June 4, 2015 6:22:01 PM IST of Rs.299.00 + Rs.299.00.
Post that i have been trying to call at the call center number but the calls are never answered.
I have still not received the order or any information neither does the website provide order tracking details.
Kindly check & hacve the courtesy to reply to customer calls & complains.I have made payment using internet banking & the same has been was successfully made.

I have ordered one wrist watch online which order no. is[protected] on date 16 june but i have not get it till till the date and there is no any tracking details available regarding above order no. When i track for the same, it is showing COMPLETED Please help me. My contact no. [protected]
I am a ICICI Bank account holder. In accordance with the scheme of icici bank i orderd provogue watch worth Rs 2499 for Rs 0 by paying only shipping cost of Rs 300. In track order window it says that order has been completed but i havent received the wathc yet.

I Placed an order, for which i was reverted that courier is to be delivered but later when i checked from Delhivery courier service and as per their update the courier has returned back to provoque as their isn't any service delivery for Patna from them.
i raised an concern through their online support as to Please update if the product has returned back how can we claim money, or else is it possible to get the product delivered somewhere in Gurgaon, but in vain.
Getting no response from their end.
