[Resolved]  Provogue — Order placed, Money Deducted but not Dispatched !

I ordered a Watch on 02 September 2015 from Provogue. Order No:[protected]. From then till date the order in in process. I placed my query twice to them but they don't seem to respond. I require a response whether the product will be delivered or not? If No ! Kindly refund the cash. Always respond. Please help me with this issue.

Received watch today in good condition after continuous enquiries. The only way to contact provogue is to personally mail them to [email protected]. They will respond.
Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

In reference to the above complaint on 16th Sept. Order No:[protected]

I mentioned that my order was not dispatched. But now how can Provogue simply change the status to "Complete" without even delivering the order?
Even when I try to track the shipment there is no information available. How am I supposed to believe that you delivered it? Check for yourself the attached images.
No Shipment Details!
I've mailed Provogue twice but "No Response"! ([protected]@provogue.com)
I tried calling the Contact Number[protected] provided but nobody responds.
Now what am I supposed to do?
Are you going to refund the cash?

Will drag you to the court and make you pay hefty fine to teach a lesson. (Did not receive the order)
