[Resolved] Provogue — Ordered a Provogue watch but not yet delivered | |||
I ordered a provogue watch under ICICI offer on July 2nd 2015 and have not received it yet. Whereas when I check the status on Provogue site, it shows it is completed. I checked with the shipping provider - Gojavas and they said the tracking ID is wrong from Provogue. The Provogue customer care is not responding to calls. The details are as follows: Shipment No: PROV328515 Merchant Order No:[protected] Tracking No: MUMPVGP468530 Order Amount:299.00 INR Transaction Date:July 2nd 2015 .
