Provogue — provogue watch not received

i am Ajit kumar patro, ordered the Provogue watch under ICICI
cover, its order no is[protected] and i also paid the shipping charges of
299/-.After that i receive a mail that our order is dispatched under
first flight courier and tracking id is B991Q7670141.when i track it on
16 nov found that order is returning to origin in the status box, i
instantly contact with first flight courier service and he has no
answer, after that they repeatedly did not pick m call, i also try to
contact provogue but i understand that it is nearly impossible to
contact with u people. so as quickly
cancel my order n return my payment, as i understand from ur complaint
box that u people are cheated many people with this trap, so quickly
solve the issue. contact no-[protected]

I have placed an order on 24th Dec and still I have not received the product. Its showing under dispatch and no tracking information is present.

we ordered provogue watch on 4/june/2015 but still not received.
I try to call but all the number is fake infect the number given on site provogue.com is also fake .
And the address given on social site is also fake.
Am cancelling my product and kindly please refund my amount.

I have placed the order #[protected] on 27th April. The order is for Watch -100780-WH-283-F White

Still I have not received any call from your team.

Also I called unsuccessfully on the help line number. It's always giving engaged tone.

The website is showing the status of order as pending since 27th April with no tracking information.

It's already 2 months, but no feedback on shipment.

Please inform when would I receive the shipment.
