Hi, I have placed this order[protected]days ago through ICICI net banking and it still is in processing state. Money has been debited from my account on the day of ordering and yet there is no sign of progress . I Have mailed Provouge Team but did not receive any response from them. Merchant Order number:[protected] Transaction Reference Number: [protected] Order Amount: 299.00 INR Transaction Date : Oct 13, 2014 Please help me to get the watch (order) or refund of money.
