[Resolved]  Prox Company — please cancel agreement and mentally herrasment

Sir/madam
Help please.
On, 19/01/2019, part time work at home, then one lady called me about work she told me about prox company. She convinced me to work with prox company and i also ready for this work. I accepted theirs term and condition that was online form filling work in nine days. But, few days later i got to know this is fraud company. But now (30/01/2019) i have received email stating “under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.” and i pay 7500 by paytm bt agreement under 4700. Now ths time he say to m you will give 30000 sir i can't submit money. Please help me how can i face this problem.
His compny lawyer doing mentally herrasment me and he many way types of torcher me he called me nd sying that u wil case on u and when this compny giving m wrk thn didn't told m and now he mentally herrasment so plz help m sir. It's humble request he mentally herrasment me
I also check that agriment is made on date aug, 18, where i accepted on 18th jan'19
