I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the service regarding my order of wired earphones placed on 8th July. It has been 9 days, and I have not received my order, nor have I received any updates on its status. This is completely unacceptable.

I demand the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of my payment. If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will take further action, including but not limited to filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.

Resolve this matter immediately.
