PTron — One side not working earbud wireless

PTron Bassbuds In-Ear True Wireless was bought on September 2020 and one side stopped working on December 2020. I contacted for replacement of the product by raising a ticket, #PR566869, and returned the product to Ptron via DTDC courier, which was delivered to Ptron on 2nd January 2021. After that i am not getting any response from Ptron customer service. I need a replacement for the product ASAP.
