Dear pTron Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to file a service request regarding my pTron Bassbuds Sports In-Ear TWS Earbuds (Blue) purchased from Amazon on 15 July 2025 (Invoice No. DEL[protected]; Order ID[protected].
The product’s right earbud has stopped functioning completely. The issue occurred because sweat entered inside the right earbud during normal usage, after which it stopped charging and producing sound.
Since the earbuds are advertised as IPX5 water/sweat-resistant, this failure seems to be a product defect.
