PTron — Defective EAR BASSBUDS supplied by PTRON - NOT EVEN REPLACED FROM LAST 20 DAYS

I have purchased the PTRON ear bassbuds from Amazon in mid January but till date making follow ups with PTRON company . There is no management to see the customer problems. IT cost me 250 addition charges of Courier for returning the product to Hydrabad from Delhi. Even then No HOD, NO management is taking care of After sales services
I dont recommend any body to buy the Product of PTRON Company.
Only I have purchase suffering from PTRON, not the product.
