PTron — Ptron bassbuds defective headphone

Address:<p>Wz 49&nbsp; J BLOCK HARI NAGAR BERIWALA BAGH GALI NO.7</p>

Ptron ear bass bassbuds purchased from Amazon dt.20.1.21 but the headphone is not working in a month . Raised the query to ptron customer care but no reply at all.

Worst product purchased . As per warranty policy ptron has one year warranty for the product.. customer care services are also poor .
