I have bought this today through website.

How can this not be checked and sent to the customer, all such appliance which is electronic in nature there should be a service call this enables good customer service in place.

I need a quick replacement or a quick fix to this issue.

Today I received pAtron ultra 16gb otg pen drive but it is not working either on my mobile Samsung galaxy J7.2016edition or laptop.pl.refund money or replace another.
