I purchase pubg uc for Rs 75 on 06 August 2021
My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.
I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply.
Please solve the problem...

I by mistake bought some character shards which happened due to a glitch which needs us to click again and again.
I have not spent the character shards.i want my uc refund back and take away the shards I don't need it....

Dear bgmi, I'm a huge fan of this game but recently there has been a lot of n number of hackers found in this game. I would be thankful if you remove hackers permanently in bgmi. It is spoiling the game fun. They are able to track, jump high, move fast, and is able to kill faster than a normal player. I would sincerely appreciate if you solve this issue immediately....

Totaly bursting ever game because you did not ban any hacker, all hacker push rank with a speed hack, auto aim hack, flying car.
I did not understand how I play these game .your ban police did not work any hacker player, high ratio hacker play BGMI ....
