I am a player of BattleGround Mobile India and I used to play games on my account every day but one day a message came on the screen while opening my account and then my account was Ban.As far as I know BattleGround Mobile India uses some third party applications, the account is banned but I did not use any third party application but my account is banned.

Problems that I can see on the screen after opening my account now...

Actually I buy UC from my account of 600+ UC worth amount rupees of 750 rupees but UC didn't credited to my account but my money was debited and UC didn't credited how can i get my UC OR MY MONEY BACK PLEASE HELP ME FAST BECAUSE THIS SEASON IS GOING TO END I SHOULD HAVE PLAY RP MISSIONS...

Money deducted but UC is not coming in my pubg account...

I am purchase royal pass this season My bgmi I'd is [protected] & my user name babluk1285gma.I have 305 UC yesterday but today my UC automatically spent 305 UC by my I'd .I don't know this problem. I'm not any crates open.

I am playing this game since 20 July I ll buy uc in this game and buy a M1 royal pass and left with 25 uc. I completed the rp missions and get 200 bonus uc back but on 27 July in the morning when I open my account i ll left with 5 uc and when I last checked on 26 July at night its 225 and my 220 was deducted . plss help me or refund me the uc .
