Hello sir my name is afrid jaitapkar return problem on 3nd time i tried to purchase ucs worth rs.799/- using my sbi account in my pubg mobile on[protected]. Unfortunately, my money got deducted from my account. However i received no ucs in return. The money was debited to times of money ltd. I have contacted the pubg official team but am still waiting for a response. I am attaching all screenshots of bank details as proof. Kindly help... Me plzz sir return problem thiss is my 2nd time please help mee.. am soo sorry

Sir, I purchased pubg prime plus subscribetion in two times different cards but it's not subscribe but my money is two times my money is deducted bank account so I report pubg mobile but there is no response please solve this problem please refund my money.

Hey I purchased a Rs.79 worth ic for pubg mobile game.the money was deducted from my account but I didn't get uc in my pubg account.

    At 7 pm, i have purchased 660 uc of 799rupees, as google reward 75 discount, so i have done payment of 724 rupees to purchase pubg gaming uc. But i have not get any purchased item and money is deducted from my account. And in my google account history i didnt have any payment history, so i need you to resolve my problem and refund my payment,
    In my bank statement it is showing payment transferred to inb times of money limited,

      I purchased 600+60 UC from Player's Unknown Battle Ground Mobile ( PUBG Mobile ) on 2/12/18 for ₹724 ( Actual ₹799 - ₹75 [ Google Play discount for purchases above ₹299 ] ).
      The payment was made through my bank's net-banking method and the screen led me to the game after the payment was done. After waiting for 15mins and several re-start of the game, the UC was not credited in-game. I got a transaction message saying the amount was debited from my account to the PUBG in-game vendor of India : TIMES OF MONEY MUMBAI and no other email or message or anything else was recieved. I tried contacting the in-game support of the game and they only ask more details but don't provide any help even after sending my transaction screenshots from the bank's official application. I feel like I've been looted and they don't care as the company is garnering more popularity.

      I had spent 799 Rs for uc. but i didnt recieved uc in games. money get deducted from account. so pls do needful. refund my money, I will never play this game again ...😫😫😫😫 pls do needful . I Am so worried i want my money back, now I dont want to play this time wasting game...

          I bought 660 uc for royal pass in pubg mobile game for 799 rupees but didnt received yet. My bank account was debited but still no uc in game. Please provide me my uc so that i can play on or refund my money it has been more then 12 hours since the purchase plz can anyone o[censored] guide me what to do?? Take action as soon as possible.

          I bought, 1949uc but i didn't get them but i lost my Rs1949 from my SBI account so, please give me back...Hope you Will fix them probably ASAP, TY✌😡😤😢

For times of money limited transaction of rs. 79.0 from a/c ending 0944 on 21-nov-18 at 23:20 is igaeurrmz8 & thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For times of money limited transaction of rs. 249.0 from a/c ending 0944 on 21-nov-18 at 23:17 is igaeurreh5. This was the message i got after but in game it showed payment failed so i need my refund so that i can purchase it again. Kindly look after this matter.

              I recently purchased UC from pubg mobile in game upgrade pack option using net banking. I paid INR 249 and INR 79 to get enough UC to upgrade my royal pass since i already have 398 UC. The amount was deducted from my bank account but i did not receive the promised UC. Kindly look into the matter and provide me with the UC or refund my money. Required screenshots are attached.

                Yesterday i make a purchase o[censored]c ( unknown cash) on pubg via my online banking at the time of purchase it showed me something went wrong and purchase got failed, okay but why did my money got debited from my brank rs 799 got debited from bank !
