On 29.03.2020 i oaid 420 for 325 uc in pubg mobile .. amount deducted from my account but i didnot get any uc
I purchase pubg uc for Rs 799 on 9 Jan 2019
My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.
I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply.

Sir, I had buy UC (Rs 380 pack)on 6th august 2021 but UC has not been credited to my bgmi account and it shows "Your payment cancelled"in bgmi, but my money has been deducted from my bank account(Yoni sbi).So, kindly refund my money in my bank account or add UC in my battleground mobile india (BGMI)account as soon as possible.
