[Resolved] Pune Registration Office / Toyota — Late intimation by toyota / inefficient government processes | |||
I was told by the Toyota dealers to get my rental agreement registered to get my new car registered. This was told to me when my bank payment was transferred and I was about to make the final payment. This led to unnecessary hustle as I had to intimate the owner and pay 4000 to the lawyer to get my rental agreement registered. The major problem starts when I go to the registration office in the time assigned to me.( I had to literally roam for 8 hours in my office time to get this appointment fixed).I was made to wait from 4-6pm, and I was the last person in line at 6:02 in the office(Pune-Mega centre) and the government official refuses to stamp our document as the time has crossed 6. There were system slowdown many a times when I was waiting in the queque which led to this situation. My question to the government- Can't you fix your system before making people stand in line? Can't you make your government employees work 5 minutues extra to serve your customers? My question to Toyota- Can't you intimtae your customers the entire process in advance so that customers make Was this information helpful? | |||
