Hi,

It's my humble request, please hear my complaint.
26th December 2020 I am coming from Pimpri chinchwad to pune. On Nashik phatta, the signal are already green, so i didn't stop my bike and continuously headed but after crossing long distance from Zebra crossing signal lighted suddenly yellow then red. So i can't stop bike because I little bit in speed. Suppose i stopped, it will be risky because 1st If my right handed signal could green. 2nd if my lift handed signal could.
So that's why i can't stopped bike.

NOTE:
Signals were red after I crossed Zebra Crossing.

If you have any doubts please check CCTV FOOTAGE. and check signals carefully.

      There are wrong E-challan registered under my vehicle MH02EP0312 Hyundai Tucson which is collected by Pune traffic police today. Two of them Photo proof shows different vehicle make and registration number.

        I got wrong challan by traffic police. He asked for licence on Alandi phata signal. Without verifying my learning licence he fined me for invalid licence. Today itself i got my learning licence. Along with me, my brother was also there on back seat.

            I have been complaining repeatedly about condemned vehicels of all sorts abandoned in
            bhau patil road Bopodi near pune IT park, PMC shivaji udhyan, PMC Pakshi vihar Shanta apte lane.
            a 4 wheeler trailer parked at road junction of Bhau Pati Road and Shanta Apte Lane/Deep inside Shanta apte lane a Maruthi care is lying abandoned for over 6 oths/ A little ahead outaside Pakshi Vihar Udhyan a Mahindra taxi abandoned unclaimed for 3 months

            Outside PMC Shivaji Udhyan a 2 wheeler is abandoned for past one year..
            The tyres deflated, wind shield shattered tyres burried condition will show how long these vehicles are lying as a traffice nuisanace. Police patrol not noticing. Traffic police not taking action to remove and punish the owners. and give relief to pedestrian.

As per record of RTO the owner of car is GAJANAN GAWANDEand this is not his mo no. So I kindly request you pl delete the mo no [protected] if it is in the record of vehicle no MH 12DM7360

                    I am a dr by proffesion and have. Aclinic in kasturba society.
                    The road is 100 ft wide.
                    Our building is around 28 yrs old and does not have car parking.
                    Only 5 ppl in our building have cars.
                    We do park in such a way that no traffic is disturbed cause o[censored]s.all the space in front of the building is utilised by two wheelers.
                    However, everytime the traffic police comes and jams our car even when there is no road blockage.
                    Pls guide what should be done as a fine of 200 rs unnecessarily is a burden

                      I have received a total of 25 challans which do not belong to me. the vehicle is different and obviously the person riding the scooter is unknown to us. But surprisingly, the number plate of both our vehicles is identical. Also, the area of my residence and routine commute is nowhere close to the area where the challans have been issued.
                      I had filed a complaint earlier regarding the same but the issue has not been resolved it. Kindly help me out with the situation. Thank you.

                        Yesterday i got message for traffic challan of 1200 Rs for 11th Dec. On this day i had not even stepped out of my home so I got confused. When I checked image in challan, I noticed picture is of some other person and bike. This challan assigned to me because trafic police incorrectly input vehicle number.

                          Zebra crossing marking not visible at Kasarwadi Nashik phata bridge from PCMC towards Pune direction.. so I just stopped just 10 metres beyond the lines.. also, one Bus moved front of mine. So, i didn't seen red signal which is suddenly lighten up..

                              My vehicle was parked. It was no parking area, When Police Van came i went to vehicle and Mr. Pote policeman taken my vehicle key. I said I am ready to pay fine. Vehicle was not towed so, No parking charges - Rs. 200 But
                              Mr. Pote said Rs. 500 charge. When I refused to give Rs. 500 he towed my vehicle. ( Photo attached showing vehicle was not towed ) And said This machine is having only Rs. 500 Receipt. Rs 200 reciept can not generated for No parking. He taken 500 charges from me.

                                      On 6 Dec 2020, Traffic police stopped and asked for a fine of Rs. 200 because of front number plate was not clear. I paid the fine of Rs. 200 at the spot and asked for a Fine slip that time the traffic Police was denied to give the same and he logged the e challan by entering my mobile number and license number and I got a message on my mobile no. that time the Traffic Police said your fine has been cleared.
                                      When I checked the link received on my mobile number then I came to know that he took the Rs. 200 and logged an e challen to pay the same and just I came to know he chitted me and some others as well at that spot.
                                      I have all details of him like a complete name that I can share with the department if needed.

                                        I am been charged wrong E-challan (PMCCM[protected]) on 7th DEC-2020 for Rs400, Service road, Near Indra collage, Bhumkar chowk, Wakad. Your on duty officer stopped me for a regular check and after that started clicking picture of my car.
                                        I have received an SMS for E-Challan in which they have charged me for Section(s) 122/177 MVA- Parking vehicle in dangerous condition/causing obstruction to free flow of traffic & MVDR 22(2)(s)/177 MVA- Parking the vehicle in NO PARKING area.

                                        Request you to kindly look into this issue at the earliest and help me with your findings, I have mentioned my vehicle details for your convenient.
