Sir i am amar kumar working in punjab and bank as a po. At first i join in bank2012.in 2013 i got accident. Then i re-joined bank 2017 in bihar begusarai. Sir in accident i lost my nps card. I forget my i-pin, email id and lost my mobile. That reason i can't login my nps account.

I am amar kumar working in punjab and sind bank as a probatonary officer. At i joind 2012 and rejoin in 2017. I got an accident in 2013, in this accident i lost my nps card, forget i-pin, lost my mobile number and email id.
Sir, please add my new mobile number, email id in my nps account. Please creat my new i-pin and new nps card. Without i-pin a can't my nps account
